Tchelitchew: Hide and Seek

I'm not sure if this will always be my favorite painting, and I'm also not sure how Tchelitchew progressed to this painting given his other works. But the fact that I found it next to an elevator, in the back, where nobody cared, and the fact that it's been in storage since maybe makes me like it more - who knows. but it's color depth and message are both equally amazing

Although we've been to both, the Florida version is quite a bit better - they've just got the room I think. Although it's a little silly, we love the movies and this was a great place to visit. Universal did a great job with this park.

Monet - at the right angle

My appreciation for Monet was found only when I decided to take a picture from down-to-up and realized that the MoMA in this instance DIT NOT LIGHT MONET CORRECTLY!!! WTF. The amount of life that the painting has when viewed from the direction the light hit Monet's canvas was magical. It transformed from a quiet colorful painting to a living lake. It's true of a lot of their works... I have to squat to see their real beauty.
